Our Home Renovation in Bethpage

The most recent home we purchased for renovation is in Bethpage, NY located in Nassau County. In Progress!

We at Cash for Homes in Long Island love to share our before and afters with you; as well as the progress along the way!

The house was in poor condition upon purchase. The backyard needed some clearing of overgrown landscaping and debris. The bathrooms had mold.  Take a look at some of our “in-progress” construction photos!

Bethpage Renovation Complete

This cape-style home is set on a 70×90 lot size. It boasts 4 bedrooms, two and a half baths, as well as a private driveway along with 1 car garage. It also includes a tiled laundry room.  The house is now completely renovated with an open floor plan, a custom kitchen that includes quartz counter-tops as well as stainless steel appliances. We updated the electrical system. As shown in the photos below, we installed a new boiler. Also, we installed new sheetrock throughout the home.  We also installed hardwood flooring.

We listed the house with a reputable broker. Consequently, we had an offer within days!
